Job summary

ADC Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a GenAI Engineer to build scalable AI solutions using Python, GenAI, and cloud platforms. You’ll collaborate with consultants, data engineers, and AI specialists to deliver impact-driven projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, staying current with ML Ops, and applying agentic engineering concepts. English required; Dutch a plus. A junior-position with mentoring and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on data science and AI experience, client-facing.
Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
Strong GenAI knowledge (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search).
Experiment with new tools and share learnings with the team.
Proficiency in Python with GenAI/LLM development.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement state-of-the-art data and GenAI apps at scale.
Develop and deploy data science solutions in Python, Docker, and cloud platforms.
Design end-to-end AI pipelines for scalability and impact.
Monitor models and manage drift / retraining needs.
Bridge business strategy and technical execution in client settings.
Stay ahead in ML Ops, GenAI, and cloud technologies.
