With 12+ years in related fields, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape strategy, and translate insights into tangible improvements while guiding major transformation programs and ensuring governance alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, business transformation, data and AI, analytics, product improvement, or digital change roles.
• Proven experience leading adoption, business-analysis, or continuous-improvement work streams.
• Experience translating business needs and analytical findings into functional requirements, prioritised improvements, or release designs.
• Track record of working with senior business stakeholders and multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Adoption and Change Enablement: lead rollout planning and align with business users, owners, change teams and tech stakeholders.
• Impact Measurement and Business Analysis: define impact measurement and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement and Release Shaping: identify improvements, create structured tickets, and align scope with stakeholders.
• Consulting Delivery and Team Leadership: bridge between business users, product owners, data/AI specialists, and engineering teams; manage deliverables and risks.
