Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Business Developer for Secure AI Learning on a 12+ month contract in the Netherlands. You will translate AI-related threats, regulatory requirements and technology developments into strategic awareness and culture initiatives to strengthen cyber resilience.

The role combines learning and development expertise with cybersecurity knowledge, analysing capability gaps and learning needs while delivering persona-driven approaches across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning analysis, capability assessments, stakeholder analysis and gap analyses.
• Ability to translate emerging AI-related threats, technology developments and regulatory requirements into learning outcomes.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
