Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery.
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives.
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale.
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces.
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts.
• Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief.
• Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.
• Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge.
• Work confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling.
• Experiment with new workflows that improve speed and output quality.
• Operate comfortably close to engineering constraints and implementation realities.
• Use emerging tools thoughtfully to accelerate exploration and execution.
