Zusammenfassung

Nance is seeking a Senior AI Product Developer to own user-facing features from idea to production. You will work on the Nance agent, improving capabilities, building evals and ensuring high-quality UX across the stack (React frontend, Python backend, Google Cloud infra).

You’ll join a small engineering team with direct reporting to the hands-on founding team, and you’ll operate in a fast-moving environment with minimal process and a strong emphasis on ownership and trust.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, with customer-facing product work.
• Shipped at least one LLM-powered feature to production for real users.
• Strong full-stack experience.
• Product sensibility: you care about UX, speed and polish.
• Comfortable without PM overhead: you’ve worked in a small, high-ownership team.
• Fluent daily user of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex or similar).
• Rigorous about correctness and data handling.
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, not a requirement.

Aufgaben

• Own user-facing product features end-to-end: decide what to build from thin specs, prototype quickly, ship to production and measure impact.
• Improve the agent’s capabilities and build evaluation muscle to assess changes.
• Develop and refine the core platform: frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure with a full-stack approach.
• Address UX, speed, polish, and overall user experience in every release.
• Utilize AI coding tools daily to elevate the team's software quality.
