Qualifications

• Experience with S2S integration using listed tools.
• Proficient in Go and Python.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Experience building and scaling AI-native products and applications.
• Experience with production-grade GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.
• Familiar with DevOps and cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Experience with API gateways (Kong or Tyk).
• Up-to-date with GenAI and AI-based software development.

Responsibilities

• Build the session and context spine: persistence, resumption, hand-over with the reasoning trail intact, and context resolved from a person's identity and entitlements.
• Build retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents with acceptable cost and latency.
• Develop document intelligence over manuals, engineering drawings, and contracts, extracted and citable.
• Create the agentic flow runtime: multi-step work with tools and decision rules for human intervention.
• Handle speech and images as input alongside text for the same requests.
• Build the evaluation harness as the gate on autonomy claims.
• Develop the language interface over scheduling and optimisation engines for customer terms.
• Strengthen the security layer with governance on prompt injection, data handling, and residency.
