Job summary

Salesforce is hiring AI Builders as part of the AI Builder New Grad cohort. You’ll be embedded with customer-facing teams, designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Expect real-time impact from day one in a builder pod working with a cross-functional team.

You’ll gain dedicated mentorship, hands-on technical skill development, and opportunities to collaborate with senior developers while growing both technical depth and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infra.
• Dutch and English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
• Design how agents think: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture.
• Collaborate to architect, build, debug, and deploy production systems using JS, Python, and Apex.
• Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Own your work from day one and iterate to ship reliable code.
