Job summary

Awin is seeking a Head of Product for AI to own the product agenda where AI creates real value. You’ll translate AI capability into a practical roadmap, own outcomes over outputs, and partner with leadership to align investments with strategic priorities.

You will lead a product team, set build vs buy policies, and drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities that differentiate the product in market. This is a global, hybrid role across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Product leadership with track record of steering AI-enabled products.
• Strong strategic thinking about AI's business value and impact.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and engineers to drive outcomes.
• Comfort with data, metrics, and model capability to inform decisions.
• Proven team-building and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-driven product strategy, priorities and roadmap.
• Translate AI capabilities into a sequenced, outcome-oriented agenda.
• Own measurable business outcomes (adoption, efficiency, revenue).
• Partner with executives to align AI investments with company goals.
• Build and lead a product team and manage budget and talent.
• Decide when to build vs. buy for AI capabilities.
• Drive practical adoption of AI across users and stakeholders.
