Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI chat and search tool performance under standardized conditions.
• Apply grading guidelines to evaluate, rank, and annotate model responses with structured feedback.
• Write, refine, and stress-test prompts to cover diverse scenarios and intents.
• Verify consistency and accuracy across evaluations and rubrics.
• Use AI training tools to record findings and submit evaluation datasets per project standards.
• Collaborate with project trainers to resolve ambiguities and ensure evaluation consistency.
• Participate in ongoing quality reviews and incorporate feedback to maintain high training standards.
