Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML research or engineering, with a track record of shipping AI systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Discover and build AI prototypes (MVPs) to demonstrate value.
• Own end-to-end development of bespoke AI tools for scale.
• Define evaluation strategies for agentic systems and LLMs.
• Provide AI expertise across the organization and surface cross-team connections.
• Raise engineering standards, mentor peers, and champion reproducibility.
