Adyen is expanding its Payments organization with a GenAI team to push automation at scale. You will design agents that reason over complex tasks, build production-grade AI tooling, and shape how humans and AI collaborate across a global payments platform.

This role emphasizes ownership from early research to deployed systems, with opportunities to contribute to model development for structured data and guide the organization toward scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML research or engineering, with a track record of shipping AI systems in production.

Responsabilités

• Discover and build AI prototypes (MVPs) to demonstrate value.
• Own end-to-end development of bespoke AI tools for scale.
• Define evaluation strategies for agentic systems and LLMs.
• Provide AI expertise across the organization and surface cross-team connections.
• Raise engineering standards, mentor peers, and champion reproducibility.
