UL LLC is seeking a Principal Engineer - Digital AI to lead AI governance and lifecycle assurance across digital AI systems. The role focuses on enterprise and cloud AI, predictive and Generative AI, foundation models, and AI agents within a global, hybrid workplace.

The candidate will translate emerging technologies and regulatory needs into scalable UL Solutions offerings while collaborating with stakeholders across offices worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in software platforms, cloud systems, AI/ML, cybersecurity, risk, and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience translating AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory requirements into practical evaluation methodologies and certification programs.
• Ability to evaluate AI systems for failures, risks, and control gaps including bias, privacy, and security.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation methods, benchmarking, scenario testing, and risk-mitigation controls.
• Familiarity with predictive AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems risk areas.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
