Job summary

Autodesk Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our Northern Europe team in a remote capacity. You will shape transformation strategies, define target operating models, and develop business cases and roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation.
• Deep expertise in at least one AECO-related sector such as construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk technologies or comparable AECO tool ecosystems.
• Understanding of operating models, governance and benefits realization.
• Experience advising executives and leading strategy workshops.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders and transformation teams, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement
• Understand customer objectives, challenges and operating context to define outcome-driven transformation strategies
• Assess operating models, processes, organizational capabilities and data workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Define target-state operating models, roadmaps, business cases and benefits realization plans
• Lead executive workshops, facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders across complex organizations
• Advise how Autodesk and AECO technologies support business outcomes through workflows and data interoperability
• Identify opportunities for data, automation and AI based on business value and adoption
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and customer-facing teams to shape advisory engagements
