Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Junior Technology Strategy & Transformation Consultant in Amsterdam to help shape technology strategies and design digital architectures alongside senior client stakeholders. You will accelerate AI adoption, deliver transformation programs, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

You will join high-performance teams, combining strategic thinking with analytical rigor to guide technology investments and modernize client landscapes.

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree, preferably with a technical and/or business economics focus.
• Excellent WO and VWO results, especially on beta courses.
• Strong personality, presentation, and communicative skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English—spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Shape technology strategies and design future-ready digital architectures.
