Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for BKNG AdTech to own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrated tools, workflows, and capabilities that accelerate BKNG Ads' speed, scale, and impact.

You will connect systems across Engineering, AdOps, Commercial, Legal and data/privacy teams, drive discovery, define requirements, and ensure privacy by design while delivering value for advertisers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad tech, travel media, martech, and data platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, leading roadmaps with engineers.
• Experience integrating vendors, platforms, and data systems in regulatory environments.
• Experience working with data activation, measurement, monetization, and privacy technologies.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear requirements and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for BKNG AdTech capabilities.
• Drive discovery by gathering insights from stakeholders and users.
• Define requirements and success metrics in partnership with Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, AdOps, Commercial, Legal and vendors.
• Ensure privacy-by-design and data governance across product decisions.
