Senior AdTech Specialist
At Annalect, part of the Omnicom Media Group, we develop and deliver Omni, our Open Operating System, and create cutting‑edge marketing analytics and technology solutions. Within Annalect, the Enablement team drives rolling out, supporting, and customizing Omni, as well as building client‑specific data infrastructures and technology stacks.
We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on specialist to join our Enablement team and help clients implement and optimise evolving AdTech and MarTech solutions.
What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and optimise tagging and tracking setups for leading brands.
- Lead complex tag‑management projects (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe, CAPI Gateway, etc.).
- Drive server‑side migration projects, helping clients transition from client‑side to privacy‑friendly and scalable solutions.
- Stay ahead of developments in AdTech, MarTech and cookieless measurement to keep our clients future‑proof.
- Innovate and optimise existing methodologies, solutions and partnerships, ensuring seamless connectivity between client tech stacks and Omni.
- Act as the go‑to expert for clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex technology challenges into actionable solutions.
- Coach talented specialists, elevating their skills in advertising and marketing technology.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in AdOps, Tagging, Tracking, or Marketing Technology implementation.
- Deep understanding of tag‑management systems and advertising platforms (GTM, Campaign Manager 360, CAPI, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Experience with or strong interest in server‑side tagging, data‑layer design and cloud integration (GCP/AWS).
- Familiarity with privacy and consent frameworks (GDPR, TCF).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Curious, self‑driven, and ready to take the next step toward a more advanced, high‑impact technical role.
- Experience with data engineering or programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Drive complex, high‑impact projects and set new standards for quality and innovation.
