Job summary

Eneco Energy Trade is seeking a Senior Account Support & Settlement Specialist to own the most complex operational processes within the settlement domain, ensuring energy flows are accurately processed, invoiced and settled. You'll work with contracts for solar parks, wind farms, batteries and other renewable assets, contributing to the energy transition.

You’ll drive improvement initiatives, coach colleagues, and help the team move to a more proactive, data‑driven operation.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master level education required or equivalent.
5+ years in operations, settlements, back-office or commodity/energy trading.
Strong analytical and data skills; experience with automation and digitalisation.
Familiarity with Databricks and Power Automate is a plus.
Excellent English; Dutch is a plus; living in the Netherlands is expected.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely settlement of complex energy flows.
Act as an SME within Account Support & Settlements and drive improvements.
Coach and support colleagues to take ownership and grow.
Identify, initiate and implement automation and process improvement initiatives.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and risk mitigation within the team.
