Crocodile Agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Amsterdam for full-time/part-time roles. You will be the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, translating briefs into actionable deliverables, overseeing scope and timelines, and ensuring project success within agreed budgets.

You will collaborate with creative, strategy, media and project management, maintaining clear communication and delivering strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Account Manager within a creative, social or digital agency.
• Strong communication, overview and structuring skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and responsible for clients.
• Act as first point of contact for clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Translate client needs and briefings into concrete deliverables for the team.
• Monitor expectations, quality, scope and planning.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media and project management.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into actionable plans for the team and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain overview and steer projects across creative, strategy, media, and PM teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
