Trinseo in Terneuzen (NL) is seeking an Account Manager for Engineered Solutions & Polymer Solutions in Northwest Europe. You will manage strategic international key accounts across PMMA, Compounding, ABS, PS and SAN, owning the full sales process and delivering revenue targets around $50 million.

This role requires a strong plastics and polymer background, fluency in English and German, and willingness to travel 50–60%.

Qualificações

• Engineering or business degree with strong affinity for plastics, chemistry and industrial markets.
• Minimum 10 years in chemical/plastics industries.
• At least 5 years in a commercial or sales role.
• Proven track record in account management and commercial negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop assigned customer accounts to achieve sales, volume, margin and profitability targets.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for customers and coordinate internal resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision makers and key stakeholders.
• Develop customer-specific account strategies and execute growth plans with business objectives.
• Own the complete sales process including contracts, pricing, rebates, volume commitments and forecasting.
• Lead negotiations and ensure successful execution of contracts.
• Provide accurate demand forecasts and maintain customer information through CRM tools.
• Monitor and report account performance against targets.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business and value growth projects.
