Job summary

Adyen Amsterdam is seeking a Team Lead Account Management NL to guide and mentor a team of account managers responsible for strategic merchant relationships and payments revenue. You will streamline operations, foster collaboration, and engage with executives across levels to support Adyen’s growth.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on coaching, performance metrics, and talent recruitment to build a high-performing team in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience leading teams and building executive-level relationships.
• 5+ years experience in account management, business development, consulting, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise payments, financial services, or merchant-side is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach a team of account managers.
• Drive strategic account planning and executive engagement.
• Provide strategic and consultative advice to influence payments strategy for merchants.
• Set clear goals; report performance to executives.
• Recruit new team members in line with Adyen culture and skills.
