Job summary

Canon is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist with quotations, entering customer orders, ordering parts, coordinating transportation, issuing delivery notes, processing sales, invoicing, stock management, and arranging exhibition setups for the Semiconductor Anelva Business.

This role primarily supports the Semiconductor Anelva Business, but will act as backup for the Semiconductor Product business in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Enter customer orders into the system.
• Order parts and arrange transportation.
• Issue delivery notes and process sales.
• Issue invoices and manage stock of parts.
• Arrange exhibition setups and support events.
