Job summary

Canon is seeking an organized administrator to support our Semiconductor Anelva Business with sales support tasks: preparing quotations, entering customer orders, ordering parts, arranging transportation, issuing delivery notes, processing sales and invoices, managing stock, and coordinating exhibition setups.

This role primarily supports the Semiconductor Anelva Business but also backs up the Semiconductor Product business as needed; based in Amstelveen, Netherlands, with on-site operations.

Job description

This role will support the administration for sales support (prepare quotations, enter customer orders into the system, order parts, arrange transportation, issue delivery notes, process sales, and issue invoices, manage parts stock, and arrange exhibition setups) for our Semiconductor Anelva Business.

This role will primarily support our Semiconductor Anelva Business, but will act as backup for our Semiconductor Product business.
