Job summary
Booking.com’s Security Platform Services is seeking a Solution Engineer to empower internal security teams with our platform. You will translate user needs into technical solutions, guide adoption, and help accelerate value realization across stakeholders.
You will collaborate with product teams to define offerings, document usage, and present demonstrations that translate business goals into concrete platform outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in internal customer-facing roles with proven collaboration across internal teams.
- Experience supporting business cases for technical solutions using data.
- Willing to face challenges with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.
- Past experience writing and publishing technical documentation is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical counterpart for internal security teams.
- Deliver technical solutions using platform components.
- Consult on and deliver custom technical solutions.
- Onboard and support platform usage, diagnose errors and troubleshoot.
- Contribute to platform documentation and roadmap discussions.
- Present platform demonstrations and translate requirements into outcomes.
