Stafide is seeking a Software Development Workspace Engineer to define and optimize workspace standards for Windows 11 and macOS. You will design scalable workstation configurations and manage provisioning across engineering teams, while enforcing strong security controls.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, and End User Computing to maintain secure, efficient developer environments, supporting tools like Visual Studio, VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, and Docker Desktop.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in developer workspace management or related IT infra roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Experience standardizing software development environments and workstations.
• Familiarity with IDEs, SDKs, runtimes, and package managers.
• Experience implementing endpoint security controls and access management.

• Define, maintain, and optimize workspace standards across Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Design standardized, scalable workstation configurations.
• Manage developer endpoint provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of developer workstations.
