Job summary

Swift is seeking a Senior Windows System Engineer to join our Windows squad, overseeing enterprise Windows infrastructure. You’ll help design and secure IT systems, manage environments, and work hands-on with Microsoft products in a dynamic team.

The role emphasizes on-call rotations, collaboration with IT professionals, and delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure. Strong Windows expertise and scripting ability are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day system administration/management activities including configuration adjustments and deployment.
• Resolve problem management issues and identify corrective measures.
• Deploy releases/updates according to Change Management processes.
• Plan/implement system/network projects with risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with network services, systems engineering, and applications development to ensure availability.
• Automate tasks and improve monitoring for efficiency.
• Contribute to resilience design and operating principles.
• Maintain security levels on systems daily.
