Job summary

NN Group Netherlands in The Hague is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, automate and improve our endpoint ecosystem. You will work hands-on with Apple technologies, Azure automation and workplace hardware, while guiding standards and collaboration across NN.

You will develop scalable solutions, reduce manual effort and mentor teammates to strengthen continuity in a changing digital workplace. The team values pragmatism, craftsmanship and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in endpoint engineering or modern workplace engineering.
• Strong experience with Apple technologies, including macOS and iOS management.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and automation solutions.
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash and Zsh.
• Solid knowledge of endpoint hardware, peripherals and lifecycle management.
• Experience with security, compliance and operational excellence in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to simplify complexity using automation and standardisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain modern macOS and Mobile workplace solutions.
• Develop and operate Azure-based automation for device provisioning, configuration, compliance and lifecycle management.
• Automate recurring operational activities and standardise processes.
• Validate, test and manage endpoint hardware and peripherals for performance and security.
• Contribute to meeting-room and room-system technology and integrations.
• Drive lifecycle management and compliance across the Devices & Peripherals portfolio.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks and handovers.
• Collaborate with Digital Workplace engineers, Security, Architecture and Support.
