Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Seafreight Coordinator for Rotterdam City Center to manage export shipments by seafreight and coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders. You will oversee the full customer supply chain to ensure operational excellence and monitor the company’s Supply Chain software.

The successful candidate will typically have 1–2 years of ocean freight forwarding experience, be customer oriented, fluent in English, and reside in the Netherlands with EU work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding.
• Customer oriented and service minded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the execution and follow up of export shipments via seafreight.
• Communication with offshore teams, online agencies and other stakeholders.
• Supervising the whole supply chain process of customers to reach operational excellence.
• Timely and accurate monitoring of the companies Supply Chain software.
• Onboarding and implementing new customers.
• Making sure every step in the supply chain process is executed properly.
