Job summary

Miniclip is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Agile Operations team at our Netherlands office. You will support product teams in successful production and timely release of our games, bridging Agile development and release planning.

You will guide teams in Scrum adoption, mentor self-organisation, remove impediments, and coach toward higher maturity, fostering a culture that delivers great products.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master in software development teams applying Scrum principles and values.
• Strong coaching abilities in facilitation, mentoring, teaching, or professional coaching with mastery in at least one area: technical, business, or transformation.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams and the organisation in adopting and continuously improving Scrum and Agile practices.
• Mentor teams on self-organisation and address gaps in the Scrum framework.
• Remove impediments and manage product dependencies to ensure on-time releases.
• Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog management and Agile practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and decision-making, and model servant leadership.
• Coach teams toward higher maturity and foster a culture focused on delivering great products.
