Job summary

Realworks BV is seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile practices and remove obstacles for cross-functional tech teams in Amsterdam. You will coach teams, facilitate events, and strengthen collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

The role focuses on growing an Agile mindset across Realworks, enabling continuous improvement and delivering value through better teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong experience and deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
• Proven ability to coach teams and transfer Agile knowledge to daily work.
• Experience guiding teams in adopting Scrum and improving Agile maturity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams.
• Coach Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Identify and remove blockers to keep teams delivering value.
• Promote clear communication within and between teams.
• Support development of an Agile mindset across the organization.
