Job summary

Stage Entertainment seeks a Scrum Master to drive agile excellence and organizational change across our global IT landscape. You will empower teams, coach Product Owners, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver value and transform ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Change Manager, Project Manager, or in a comparable role.
• Proven experience facilitating agile teams and driving organizational change initiatives.
• Experience operating in international and complex stakeholder environments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile delivery practices.
• Solid understanding of change management methodologies and adoption strategies.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and levels within the organization.
• Empathic, organizationally sensitive, and capable of building trust across teams and functions.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to create alignment, transparency, and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in applying agile principles.
• Coach Product Owners and stakeholders to continuously improve agile ways.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact delivery.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Align priorities and backlogs across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Lead change management activities for IT-driven initiatives and transformation programs.
• Assess change impacts and develop adoption and communication strategies.
• Support stakeholders in navigating organizational change and increasing readiness.
• Design and deliver training, workshops, and awareness programs related to agile working and change management.
• Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement and organizational learning.
• Manage and coordinate designated projects, ensuring successful delivery against objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure agile maturity, team performance, and change effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Support governance, processes, and best practices within Global IT.
