Job summary

Realworks, a leader in real estate IT in the Netherlands, seeks a Scrum Master to advance Agile practices across teams. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach Product Owners, and help remove impediments to maintain focus on delivering value.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and support continuous improvement while fostering an Agile mindset within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience and deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
• Proven ability to coach teams and transfer Agile and Scrum knowledge.
• Experience guiding teams in adopting Scrum and growing maturity.
• Clear communicator who helps align people and ideas.
• Familiar with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Scrum certification like PSM I or CSM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events like Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives for one or more Scrum teams.
• Help teams stay organized and focused, and encourage good collaboration.
• Identify and help resolve blockers that slow progress.
• Promote clear communication within and between teams.
• Coach the Product Owner in backlog management, refining backlogs, and setting priorities.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous improvements.
• Contribute to developing an Agile mindset across the organization.
