Job summary

Empiric in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master who guides DevOps teams and emphasizes results, predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

You combine Agile coaching with project-oriented management and own progress, risks, dependencies and sprint and release objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in complex software/DevOps environments.
• 3+ years of project management experience with planning, risk and progress reporting.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs, sprint objectives, velocity and release planning.
• Scrum certification (PSM I/II or equivalent).
• Excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written).
• Experience in stakeholder management at management or programme level.
• 3+ years DevOps experience in an Agile organisation.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master who guides DevOps teams and places a strong emphasis on results, predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

The candidate combines Agile coaching with project-oriented management and takes responsibility for progress, risks, dependencies and the achievement of sprint and release objectives.

The role includes facilitating Scrum processes, removing impediments, monitoring velocity and reporting on progress and performance.

Requirements (must have)

• Scrum Master Experience - At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in complex software development or DevOps environments.
• Project Management Experience - At least 3 years of demonstrable project management experience, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Results-Driven Management - Demonstrable experience driving KPIs, sprint objectives, velocity and release planning.
• Agile Certification - Holds at least PSM I, PSM II or an equivalent Scrum certification.
• Dutch Language - Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Stakeholder Management - Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management at management and/or programme level.
• DevOps Experience - At least 3 years of experience working with DevOps teams within an Agile organisation.
