Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a fixed-term engagement in The Hague, Netherlands. You will help design and improve an online platform, coach multidisciplinary teams, and support the Product Owner with backlog governance.

The role requires strong facilitation, Dutch and English fluency, and relevant Scrum/SAFe certifications. You will collaborate across teams and vendors to enhance agility and delivery of high-value digital products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills are mandatory.
• PSM II certification required; SAFe Agilist (SA) a plus.
• Experience coaching multidisciplinary teams and Product Owners.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and SAFe practices.

Requirements
