Job summary

Amoria Bond in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical HR Data Steward with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise. The role focuses on governance, data lineage, and transparent data models to support enterprise reporting.

You will document mappings, maintain data dictionaries, and collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics teams. This hybrid position requires 36-40 hours weekly on a freelance/contract basis.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and its data model.
• Experience with HR master data and HR processes.
• Proven experience with metadata management, data lineage and data governance.
• Experience creating source-to-target mappings and technical documentation.
• Understanding of enterprise data modelling concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GDPR and working with sensitive employee data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for HR data within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyse and document SAP SuccessFactors objects, fields, relationships, and data structures.
• Create and maintain source-to-target mappings between SAP SuccessFactors and reporting environments.
• Establish end-to-end data lineage across source systems, data platforms, and reporting solutions.
• Analyse existing semantic, reporting, and enterprise data models.
• Identify and document authoritative source fields for key HR data elements.
• Investigate data quality issues, inconsistencies, and duplicate data sources.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Data Governance teams.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and technical documentation.
• Support the development of reusable HR data standards and governance processes.
• Translate complex data structures into clear and understandable documentation.
