Job summary

Accenture Technology in the Netherlands seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a global HR transformation team. You will work on planning through go-live, configuring modules, and delivering successful HR IT solutions for major multinationals in dynamic environments.

You will collaborate with clients, translate needs into SAP SuccessFactors configuration, and provide post‑go‑live support. The role emphasizes learning latest innovations and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree.
• Fluent in English; Dutch at least B2 level.
• Minimum 1 year functional and/or configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical, networking and communication skills.
• HR-related work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support implementation and configuration of modules, including analysis, setup, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support, user training and documentation.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into smart SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system setup, testing, deployment, and ensuring a successful Go‑Live.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, user training, and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor in HR transformation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems and advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements and implementation of it.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Dutch (a minimum of B2 level Dutch is required)
• Minimum of 1 year functional and/or configuring SAP SuccessFactors
• Operational experience in an HR‑related role is a plus
• Strong analytical, networking and communication skills
• Speaking and understanding HR business language
