Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking an SAP Finance Transformation Consultant to analyze finance processes, propose SAP best practices, and guide clients toward S/4HANA-enabled intelligent enterprise solutions.

You will design future SAP finance roadmaps, redefine finance processes, and drive implementations with cross‑functional teams across industries in a client environment. The role includes possible involvement in pre‑sales, training, and innovation activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Experience in digital (ERP) transformations.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
• Proven project experience in at least one full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance business processes and propose SAP best practice solutions.
• Advise clients on S/4 HANA solution directions to become an Intelligent Enterprise.
• Shaping a client’s future‑ready SAP finance roadmap and redesigning finance processes.
• Implement SAP finance solutions in collaboration with Accenture teams.
• Support in (pre-)sales, training initiatives, and innovation.
