Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance AMS Lead to manage and support enterprise finance operations, AMS delivery, and SAP Finance process optimization for a large-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SAP Finance AMS operations ensuring SLA compliance and service quality

• Lead incident and problem management for critical finance-related issues (P1/P2)

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

• Manage change requests, enhancements, configurations, and release deployments

• Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, MuleSoft, STIBO, and related systems

• Act as the finance lead for client interactions, escalations, and service reviews

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities

• Ensure SOX, audit, and financial compliance adherence

• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge management processes
