Job summary

Us3 Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance AMS Lead to manage and optimize finance operations and AMS delivery for a large-scale environment.

You will oversee SAP Finance AMS operations, lead incident management for P1/P2 issues, drive root-cause analysis, manage changes and releases, ensure SOX and financial compliance, and collaborate with MM/SD, MuleSoft, STIBO integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance AMS operations.
• Ability to manage incident and problem management for critical issues.
• Proven capability in root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP Finance AMS operations ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.
• Lead incident and problem management for critical finance-related issues (P1/P2).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage change requests, enhancements, configurations, and release deployments.
• Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, MuleSoft, STIBO, and related systems.
• Act as the finance lead for client interactions, escalations, and service reviews.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure SOX, audit, and financial compliance adherence.
• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge management processes.
