Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end SAP AMS service delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
• Lead staffing decisions across delivery heads and foster cross-team synergies.
• Maintain high service quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as primary client contact for SAP AMS services and partnerships.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify optimization opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
