Inoltra is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead ERP transformation initiatives from initiation through go-live and hypercare. The role focuses on ownership of project governance, delivery, and customer relationships within a consulting environment in the Netherlands.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and balance stakeholder expectations with commercial objectives. Dutch fluency is required.

• Strong stakeholder management, including executives.

• Solid governance, planning, budgeting, risk and dependency management.

About The Role

Inoltra are partnered with an international consulting firm focused on SAP implementation and transformation projects. We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead ERP transformation projects from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Netherlands

This role is ideal for a project manager who can take ownership of overall project governance and delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams while building trusted relationships with customers. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards, balancing stakeholder expectations with commercial objectives.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience managing SAP transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including at management and executive level
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a consulting environment
• Strong project governance, planning, budgeting, risk and dependency management skills
• Experience overseeing testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
• Fluent level of Dutch

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud
• Background in consulting or system integration
• Experience working on local or international projects
• Knowledge of change management and business transformation
