Job summary

Software Search is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Consultant to drive transformations for major organizations. You will translate business challenges into future-proof SAP solutions and help ensure processes are efficient, smarter, and scalable.

You will work with a team of experienced SAP consultants on S/4HANA transformations, guiding migrations and advising stakeholders at a strategic level, with a mix of hands-on delivery and coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent Dutch and good English.
• At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP S/4HANA within FI, CO, MM, and/or SD.
• Guide ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Draft functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with developers, data specialists, and integration specialists.
• Support test phases and go-live activities.
• Advise on best practices and process improvements.
• Coach junior and mid-level SAP consultants.

Are you the SAP S/4HANA expert who helps organizations move forward? Do you get energy from optimizing complex business processes, guiding S/4HANA implementations, and advising stakeholders at a strategic level? Do you enjoy working on challenging SAP projects without having to worry about sales? Then you may be the SAP S/4HANA Consultant we are looking for.

You will work with a team of experienced SAP consultants on S/4HANA transformations for leading organizations. In this role, you translate business challenges into future-proof SAP solutions and help ensure that processes become more efficient, smarter, and scalable.

What are you going to do?

Your responsibilities may include:

• Implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA within FI, CO, MM, and/or SD
• Guiding migrations from ECC to S/4HANA
• Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end business processes
• Drafting functional and technical specifications
• Coordinating with developers, data specialists, and integration specialists
• Supporting test phases and go-live activities
• Advising on best practices and process improvements
• Coaching junior and mid-level SAP consultants

What are you bringing?

• A completed technical higher professional education
• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant or in a similar role
• Demonstrable experience with SAP S/4HANA
• In-depth knowledge of FI, CO, MM, and/or SD
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate
• Fluent Dutch and a good command of English
