Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking a Manager SAP Transformation to lead and shape large SAP-enabled transformation programs. You will define transformation roadmaps, oversee delivery, and drive sustainable value from SAP investments, including SAP S/4HANA and related SAP technologies.

You will advise on finance, risk, controls and compliance, and work with clients to translate requirements into practical SAP-enabled solutions. AI, automation and analytics may enhance controls and performance.

Qualifications

• University degree as specified in the job listing.
• At least 5 years of SAP transformation project experience.
• Experience with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with risk, controls, governance, security or compliance concepts.
• Strong English; Dutch language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

We work with leading organizations to design and implement trusted, future-ready finance, risk and reporting environments, using technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud. As AI, automation and analytics reshape ERP landscapes, we help organizations build trust into their transformations by combining business expertise, risk management and technology.

This Is What You'll Do

You will be part of an inclusive and growing team that works on varied client assignments where your expertise makes a difference.

As a Manager SAP Transformation, you lead complex transformation engagements that combine business‑process optimization, technology implementation, controls modernization and organizational change. You work closely with clients to define transformation roadmaps, oversee project delivery and help them realize sustainable value from their SAP investments. You advise on topics such as SAP security, roles and authorizations, identity and access governance, segregation of duties and SAP GRC. You also help clients translate business, regulatory and control requirements into practical SAP-enabled solutions. In addition, you explore how AI, automation and analytics can improve controls, compliance and business performance. Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading complex SAP-enabled transformation projects from strategy and design through implementation and optimization, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, finance transformations and control modernization programs;
• Advising clients on finance, risk, controls and reporting transformations, and designing and improving business-process control frameworks, governance structures and compliance capabilities within SAP environments;
• Supporting implementation assurance, quality assurance reviews and transformation governance, and identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities in large transformation programs to ensure successful delivery;
• Managing multidisciplinary teams of SAP consultants, business-process specialists, data professionals and client stakeholders, and acting as a key advisor throughout transformation programs;
• Supporting business development and proposals, contributing to the growth of the ERP Risk Services proposition and Digital Transformation team, and coaching and developing junior colleagues.

• A completed university degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Technology Management or a related field;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with SAP transformation projects at a consulting firm, system integrator or large corporate, including managing workstreams, project teams and client stakeholders;
• Experience with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud, and a strong understanding of finance, operational and business processes and how SAP can enable them;
• Experience with risk, controls, governance, security or compliance concepts;
• An interest in AI, automation and analytics, and in their impact on ERP transformations and control environments;
• Excellent command of English; Dutch language skills are preferred.

SAP certifications are a plus. Experience with SAP security, SAP GRC, identity and access governance, segregation of duties, continuous monitoring, implementation assurance, finance transformation, reporting transformation or regulatory programs is a strong advantage.
