Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands seeks a Manager, Site Production Planner and Scheduler to lead the master production schedule at Leiden, ensuring materials and capacity are available to meet clinical and commercial manufacturing needs. You will release orders, coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering, and drive scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; 6+ years of scheduling experience.
Experience with SAP, APO, PPDS or BIO-G scheduling software.
cGMP biologics manufacturing and cell therapy experience preferred.
CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and publish on-time the Site Schedule for Manufacturing Operations and Facility & Engineering teams.
Mitigate scheduling risks with cross-functional functions to protect the production plan.
Support the S&OP process by providing site capacities and operating capabilities.
Manage RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) for assigned products.
Schedule and forecast manufacturing slot availability with internal and global stakeholders.
Develop and implement KPI and reporting capabilities for scheduling.
Collaborate with global Process Teams on modeling and scheduling platforms.
Draft and update scheduling SOPs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
On-call for scheduled periods.
