Job summary

Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Relationship Manager to bridge Manufacturing/Operations and IT at a new SAP-enabled manufacturing site in Almere, near Amsterdam. The role is business-facing, requiring strong collaboration with stakeholders to shape SAP solutions.

You will gather requirements, document processes, translate needs into functional specs, and support the SAP transition and business readiness for production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience in a manufacturing context.
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT partner for Manufacturing and Operations.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into SAP solutions and functional specs.
• Support SAP transition and business readiness.
• Bridge business, IT and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• Support process improvements and SAP adoption across manufacturing.
