Job summary

Globalprofessionals in Leiden seeks a Senior ERP Specialist to ensure reliability and future readiness of SAP ERP solutions across supply chain, logistics, production, finance and commercial processes. You will lead SAP S/4HANA transitions, coordinate with global stakeholders and external partners, and apply project management best practices to deliver secure, scalable ERP changes.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of senior experience in SAP ERP/ECC and ERP project delivery.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, LE, FI/CO) and end-to-end processes (WM/EWM) across Supply Chain.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations, migrations or template rollouts.
Understanding of SAP interfaces, security, IAM, controls and service management.
Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners.
Agile/Scrum, ITIL or Lean knowledge is a plus.
Excellent English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as technical owner and trusted advisor for ERP solutions, translating business needs into robust, secure and scalable designs.
Own SAP ECC and related ERP solutions, while contributing to the transition towards SAP S/4HANA and standardized global platforms.
Coordinate ERP projects, changes and incidents with functional teams, integration teams, vendors and global stakeholders.
Manage external SAP/ERP delivery partners, monitoring quality, performance and costs.
Drive continuous improvement, process standardization and documentation for long-term maintainability.
Lead ERP transformation projects and workstreams — from design through implementation — including migrations and S/4HANA programmes.
Apply project management best practices to manage scope, risks, resources and timelines, with strong stakeholder communication throughout.
