Job summary

1UPPLY is seeking an STMD Support specialist to bring structure to sanctions screening work. You will coordinate reviews, validations and audits, and ensure deadlines and dependencies are clear to enable colleagues to focus on their expertise.

You bring a BSc or MSc, strong communication and writing skills, and a hands-on, proactive approach to coordinating stakeholders, findings and project actions in a hybrid Utrecht environment.

Qualifications

• Academic level with a BSc or MSc degree.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and manage dependencies across a broad domain.
• Hands-on approach to analysis and implementation questions to determine required support.
• Strong communication skills including engagement with senior management, business experts, developers and other team members.
• Excellent writing skills with clear, evidence-based arguments suitable for Compliance and Audit reviews.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate periodic reviews, model validations and audits, clarifying dependencies, owners and deadlines.
• Support findings management by maintaining an overview of remediation actions, dependencies, owners and due dates.
• Organise activities for smaller projects and ad-hoc topics, align stakeholders and follow up on actions.
• Turn stakeholder input into concise updates and professional presentations for decisions and next steps.
