Job summary

Rabobank, within the Sanctions Tech Model Development (STMD) team, seeks a coordinated professional to support sanctions screening models, align stakeholders, and ensure documentation meets compliance and audit standards. The role blends administration, project coordination and clear communication in a hybrid Utrecht setup.

You will manage periodic reviews, assist with findings, and help move smaller projects forward. English fluency is required; Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Academic working and thinking level with a BSc or MSc degree.
• Strong communication skills for engagement with senior management and experts.
• Ability to document approaches, testing results and conclusions with clear arguments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate periodic reviews, model validations and audits; manage dependencies, owners and deadlines.
• Support findings management; maintain remediation actions and progress reports.
• Support smaller projects; align stakeholders and prepare concise updates and presentations.
• Communicate clearly to ensure information reaches the right people and stakeholders.
