Rabobank is seeking a proactive STMD Support to help coordinate sanctions model development activities, reviews and audits. The role connects with stakeholders across and beyond the Area Global Sanctions AB&C within Tribe FEC, ensuring timely, accurate documentation and action tracking.

The position requires a BSc or MSc, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a hybrid Utrecht, Netherlands setting. English fluency is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.

• Academic working level with a BSc or MSc degree.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and understand how decisions affect related activities.
• Hands-on approach to explore complex analysis and implementation questions to understand what support is needed.
• Strong communication and documentation for senior management, business experts, developers and other team members.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate periodic reviews, model validations and audits; clarify dependencies, assign owners, track deadlines and consolidate stakeholder input into documentation.
• Support findings management: maintain remediation actions, dependencies, owners and due dates; follow up with stakeholders; flag delays; prepare reliable progress reports.
• Support smaller projects and ad-hoc topics: organize activities around priorities, align stakeholders, facilitate meetings and prepare concise updates and presentations.
