Job summary

1UPPLY is seeking a Medior FEC Testing Expert – Global Sanctions to strengthen screening models in a high-stakes, regulated environment. You will execute tests, analyze results, and contribute to governance with clear documentation, while collaborating with Model Owners, Compliance, and Audit.

The role requires strong English (C1+), Dutch living in NL, hybrid 32–36 hours, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in model testing, validation or analytics within FEC/sanctions or other regulated environments.
• Ability to design tests, assess results and produce auditable reports.
• Ability to explain complex model logic and data flows in risk terms.

Responsibilities

• Execute model tests, analyse results and document conclusions in test reports.
• Design tests for new models, onboardings and new model functions.
• Review test plans and reports; ensure conclusions are evidence-based.
