Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assess skin types to select tanning equipment and lotion; explain process and safety.
• Keep the tanning area clean and equipment in good working order.
• Upsell tanning lotions and products based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering professional service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate client records of tanning history and preferences.
• Open and close the salon on time.
