Job summary

I’m working with a fast-growing, people-focused Salesforce consultancy that delivers high-impact digital transformation programmes across a diverse client base. They are looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Project Manager (Dutch-speaking) to lead client engagements end-to-end.

The Role:

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through to delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, stakeholders)
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Identify up-sell and new project opportunities within existing accounts

What They’re Looking For:

• Fluent Dutch and English (essential)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager / Senior Consultant
• Strong background delivering Salesforce implementations
• Minimum 3+ years in a consultancy or client-facing environment
• Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
